'thinker & doer" to create the role of:--QUALITY SYSTEMS
MANAGERCORE COMPETENCIES:Manage the Food Safety / Quality (SQF)
Program of Damascus Bakery OPCO LLC (Newark), Damascus Bakery OPCO
LLC (Clifton)--ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Manages the Company's Food
Safety and Quality Programs (SQF / HAACP)Serve as a Leader and
Critical Thinker who will work with all departments to foster
company-wide Food Safety;Conducts Audits with regulatory
agenciesManages the Customer Complaint Program and reports to
management on a weekly basisSupports the Crisis management team and
supports any crisis that may ariseSupports Supplier Compliance
ProgramSupports all Food Legislation Regulations, including, but
not limited to: USDA; QAI (Organic);----Manages the Environmental
Program(s). including, but not limited to:-- Pathogen Testing; Air
Swabbing;--Oversees all Refesher Training Courses aimed at enhanced
Food Safety and Quality ControlEstablished and monitors Departments
KPI's and Company ScorecardSupports Sanitation, specifically where
Sanitation impacts Food Safety the SQF practitioner for companyAll
