the role Our Territory Sales Manager will help increase sales
revenues and maintain customer relationships within an assigned
geographical area. In this role, outstanding organizational and
sales skills are needed as well as an excellent communicator who
understands customer needs.Responsibilities Devise effective
territory sales and marketing strategies to build the business
within the territoryAnalyze data to find the most efficient sales
methodsTargeting potential customers and assessing opportunities
for salesAnalyzing competitor activities in the region and
assessing opportunities for business developmentMeet with customers
to address concerns and provide solutionsDiscover sales
opportunities through consumer researchPresent products and
services to prospective customersParticipate in industry or
promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to network with businesses in
the territory and cultivate customer relationshipsConduct training
in sales techniques and company product attributesAssess sales
performanceChase sales leads from other members of the businessKeep
up to date with industry news to identify opportunities for new
businessPrepare and submit reports to the VP of salesAbout you
Proven experience as a Territory Sales ManagerProven track record
of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is
preferredAbility to develop sales strategies and use performance
KPIsProficient in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a
plusOrganizational and leadership abilityProblem-solving
aptitudeExcellent presentation skills (development and
delivery)Effective team player with ability to build and maintain
