  • Lead a team of 6-8 Service Delivery Mangers
  • Undertake regular 121's in order to identify training and development needs
  • Support with CSI and customer escalations
  • Build strong understanding of the needs of the team and the customer base
  • Provide support both commercial and written to proposals
  • Drive efficiencies within the team and the business so that we can capitalise on the SDM role -Experience:
    • Experience of managing and motivating a team
    • Familiar working with SNOW and sales force
    • Practical experience of Coaching a team to deliver great results
    • Previous exposure to SDM role and advantageKnowledge and Skills:
      • Qualifications In ITIL such as ITIL foundation would be useful
