Responsibilities

• 
  Proactively identify and mitigate risks
  
  
• 
  Leverage the project team talent by assigning the right people with the right skills at the right time
  
  
• 
  Own cross functional projects across multiple systems or functions
  
  
• 
  Comprehend and manage project interdependencies
  
  
• 
  Develop complex project plans with key milestones, and execute on those plans
  
  
• 
  Ensure project priorities align with strategies and objectives Requirements - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization
  
  
• 
  Experience leading medium to large custom and/or complex software development and/or implementation projects
  
  
• 
  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of education and work experience
  
  
• 
  Skilled in managing complicated technology and cross-functional projects
  
  
• 
  5+ years of project management experience
  
  
• 
  Experience leading Agile delivery teams, projects and programs
  
  
• 
  Knowledge of utilizing resource tools to manage capacity, forecast, demand and allocation of people
  
  
• 
  Technical experience including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, etc.) and JIRA or similar application Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do. -
