The Director, Biogas Project Execution is responsible for the development and direction of project management operations and strategic planning to meet organizational goals. Provides overall strategic governance for projects by establishing standards, processes, and tools used for effective project delivery. Monitors and analyzes project metrics to identify key issues and drives operational improvements and cost savings for future projects. Focuses on lean systems and standardization of design to drive efficiencies. Manages a department of project managers and engineers to drive projects safely, per the design basis, on time, and within budget.Job Duties

• Manage all aspects of installation and commissioning for Biogas projects.
• Manages team of project managers and engineers
• Ensure safety of contractors employees, suppliers and visitors at sites through effective safety process management tools.
• Manage technical, schedule, and cost requirements of Biogas equipment and services installation
• Develop and drive overall strategic governance for projects by establishing standards, processes, and tools used for effective project delivery.
• Monitors and analyzes project metrics to identify key issues and drives operational improvements and cost savings for future projects.
• Focus on lean systems and standardization of design to drive efficiencies. Concurrently manage multiple projects
• Use state-of-the-art project management and site commissioning practices
• Lead project teams, including subcontractors, to meet contractual obligations and deliveries via knowledge of contract scope, and management of the contract change process.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction

  • BS in management, engineering or scientific field
  • 10 years minimum experience managing industrial projects valued at $15MM to $50MM
  • Skilled at conflict resolution, risk management and guiding resolution of competing technical/ schedule/ cost priorities
  • Strong competencies in:
