Lincoln Tech in Paramus, NJ is looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing to assist with managing the Nursing Education Department, with a particular focus on the evening program.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• MSN Preferred, BSN required
• Active NJ RN License
• 3+ years of recent nursing experience
• 2+ years of Academic/Teaching experience

You would ensure that the school's operations are in full compliance with all government, accreditation, and Company policies and procedures.Responsibilities:
    • Assist with faculty recruitment, hiring, and orientation
    • Mentor faculty members; provides support and direction in areas of educational development
    • Specific responsibility for the evening program
    • Evaluate and updates the Faculty Education Plan (FEP) for all nursing faculty
    • Assist with the academic scheduling of faculty and students
    • Oversee the Clinical Skill Lab, including scheduling of students and faculty
    • Conduct classroom observations and surveys; reviews the results with faculty, students, and the Director of Nursing as appropriate
    • Support and enforce school and academic policies and procedures; advises and supports instructors, as needed
    • Assist in addressing students' questions and concerns regarding attendance, curriculum and progression, graduation, and re-entry standards or issues
    • Maintain an inventory of all equipment, book supplies, training aids, and course materials, within the respective program, as applicable
    • Manage student progress from orientation to graduation. Ensures satisfactory academic progress as it relates to student progression. This includes student reentry, attendance, grades, and graduation rates
    • Report to the Director of Nursing
