Seeking a Project Manager to work with a growing biotechnology company.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop product strategy and roadmap based on customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape
• Write PRDs, briefs, and other strategy documentation to effectively align all stakeholders towards a clear strategy
• Manage and lead the product development process from concept to launch
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans through implementation
• Establish key milestones that align with the regulatory guidelines
• Responsible for identifying critical project issues and risks, and timely communication to leadership
• Lead and manage the projects, effectively ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to agreed quality standards
• Conduct team meetings with internal and external stakeholders; develop agendas, meeting minutes, and action items for team members
• Provide leadership in facilitating problem solving and decision making by the team and to assure the decisions are consistent with the overall commercial objective of the project
• Works on continuous improvement programs for improving the steps and timelines from evaluating desired geo markets to product launch. REQUIREDEXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or Business Management / Marketing
  • 5+ years of experience Leading/Manage a Projects Through the Full Product Life Cycle Including Launch Next Year
  • Organize Project Scope and Budgets (Extremely High Scope)
  • Responsible for Working Directly with Suppliers for Product and Collaborating with Internal Manufacturing Divisions
