Director of Technology Project Management. You will have the

learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid,
which means youll be assigned to a Broadridge officeandgiven the
flexibility to work remote.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Provide overall direction and monitoring of projects within area
of responsibility, including the assessment of risk to timeline,
budget, customer satisfaction, as well as managing impact of
changes to project scope. Identify project bottlenecks, risks and
opportunities, provides analyses and recommendations on progress of
projects.
+ Assure oversight across projects and programs; act as primary PMO
escalation point for issues and conflict resolution.
+ Work closely with the leadership of multiple departments
including Development, Business, Quality Assurance, ICS PMO and
senior management to ensure alignment on goals and processes.
+ Provide management guidance and oversight to PMO team members to
assure successful completion of assigned projects and programs by
effectively facilitating, tracking and reporting status through
consistent, standardized dashboards and metric reporting in support
of Broadridge and department specific strategic goals and
objectives. Manage workload and assignments of PMO Team members.
Manage team of Project Managers, Project Coordinators and Scrum
Masters.
+ Establish and drive SDLC and strategic vision of PMO 'Best
Practices'; lead and implement PMO process improvements.
+ Ensure adherence to SLDC processes and compliance.
Qualifications:
+ BA/BS Required; MS in Computer Science preferred
+ PMP/CSM/PMI-ACP certifications preferred
+ 10+ years of proven Technology Project Management experience
+ 10 + years leading complex multiple technology programs/projects
utilizing Agile/SCRUM
+ 10+ years of experience contributing to software delivery
+ SDLC expert and improvement advocate in variety of Software
Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including: waterfall
and agile frameworks (Scrum, XP, SAFe, etc.)
+ Expert knowledge of project management and agile tools
+ Experience leading distributed teams located in multiple
time-zones and in complex environments and onsite-offshore
model
+ Experience in budget management, analysis, measurement, and
governance
+ Experience in mentoring team members on Agile/SCRUM standard
methodologies and project management processes.
+ End to end experience with large-scale systems development
projects and process redesign efforts
+ Ability to understand technical systems documentation and
interact with systems resources
+ Leadership and command skills with a strong presence and the
ability to "rally" a project team; high-energy and
self-motivated,
+ Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, across multiple and
diverse business and systems groups and participate in continual
process improvement
