Job SummaryThe Talent Training Manager is responsible for successfully implementing the manufacturing training curriculum. This position will play a key role in ensuring employees meet compliance requirements relating to knowledge, skill, and practices necessary for their job performance and that they remain prepared to perform assigned tasks. This position requires cross-collaboration with technical contributors within Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance.
Position Responsibilities

  • Deliver, document, and track training activities per applicable Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Build training scenarios and presentations including, but not limited to, hands-on simulated scenarios, presentations regarding procedures, job expectations, and regulatory requirements, and general information intended to expedite the development of Manufacturing Personnel
  • Build video training modules with vendor support
  • Create On Job Training (OJT) and testing modules that can be used for each job function
  • Coordinate manufacturing training initiatives
  • Create, update, and modify curricula according to job roles
  • Coordinate, build and revise qualifications
  • Lead and coordinate technical training facilitation and qualification
  • Provide regular updates to Management on the Manufacturing Training program status and initiatives
  • Prepare and communicate monthly Manufacturing Training Metrics
  • Perform compliance self-audits, as required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience developing live and on-demand training content and curriculum. Delivering classroom training.
    • Experience with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP).
    • Previous experience as a training coordinator and training role
    • Ability to relay technical information in a concise and straightforward format for trainees
    • Possess good interpersonal and strong written/verbal communication skills.
    • Highly motivated and detailed with good organizational skills
    • Ability to train and mentor staff
    • Possess the ability to multitask and work independently or in a team environment with minimum supervision
    • Assumes total accountability for assigned duties
    • Good computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and database software applications, specifically MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
