--- Coordinate and synergize Information technology projects across
all services lines (but more specifically Healthcare division).
--- Work with IT vendors to maintain the connection and implement
strategies that allow for overall systems load balancing and
--- Support the team that supports the technical roll out of the
Healthcare and NJHIN technology projects
--- Provide central leadership for both the rollout of
applications, OS/Application patches and ongoing operation issue
management across all divisions.
--- Work with the Michigan Health Information Network (MiHIN) to
manage and ensure that each technology and software operate as
designed and specified by the project plan. Oversee the quality
reporting projects involving health information
--- Develop and implement business continuity protocols to minimize
disruption to business operations in the event of emergency
situations or data loss.
--- Facilitate IT security audits or investigations.
--- Create and maintain standard service level agreements and
ensure compliance and meet the requirements for all projects
--- Assist the Healthcare Division with the implementation and
support of the statewide Master Patient Index, the statewide
admissions, discharge, transfer notifications, and bi-directional
connection with the NJDOH: Immunizations Information System
--- Direct health care data according to established legal and
accrediting agency guidelines and standards.
--- Develop and maintain security policies and procedures in
accordance with corporate objectives and HIPAA regulations and
security best practice.
--- Manage access and disclosure of confidential patient
--- Implement and manage the use of technology for data collection,
storage, analysis, and reporting of health information, including
computer-based patient record systems.
--- Direct all system testing, troubleshoot, and debug existing
systems and programs using best practices to resolve issues in a
--- Perform the foregoing at an Engineer level implementing and
managing Office 365 Environment; Cloud Engineering (Microsoft Azure
and Amazon Web Services); Azure Dev Ops; Microsoft Server and Linux
operating system; Network architecting and implementation; IT Cyber
Security architecting and implementation.
Education an Experience Requirement: Master's degree in Electrical
Engineering or Related Field and 2 years of experience in the job
offered or 2 years of experience in the Related Occupation.
1 year as a Systems Engineer or any other job title performing the
following job duties:

AND 1 year as a Network Engineer or any other job title performing
the following job duties:
--- Designing network architecture by configuring next-gen
firewalls with HA/Cluster, Intrusion Prevention for DoS & Spoof
protection to mediate SYN, UDP, TCP, ICMP, IP vector of attacks.
Structuring the domain with 4510R, 4507R and 2960 of Cisco switches
for DHCP server with multiple VLAN's for data, voice, and VM
cluster. Implement routing, Ether Channel's, STP, VTP, and
redundancy using gateway load balancing protocol.
--- Designing, restructuring, and implementing hub-spoke network
topology in Azure platform with a hub as a virtual network,
connects to on-premises network.
--- Performing migration procedures on current on-prem network
security to Hybrid-Cloud centralized management with next-gen
Firewalls for securing Web Applications with WAF and Application
Filters to have multi-layer defense mechanism using signatures,
regex, whitelisting, and blacklisting detection methods in blocking
mode. Configuring custom rules/policies to block cross-site
scripting, SQL injections, Brute force attacks, etc.
--- Architecting and implementing enterprise based segmented WLAN,
LAN using Firewall and proxy server using discrete closed network
topology. Configuring and deploying HTTP servers to support proxy
configuration to limit Guest-level network to DNS, HTTP, HTTPS and
Authenticate-level network access to LAN provided using IOS proxy
authentication and VPN client. Designing and deploying Web
Filtering and Content Filtering. Integrating with Anti-Spyware and
IPS to deliver comprehensive filtering. Configuring HTTPS and Layer
8 Identity based controls for Data Leakage Prevention (DLP) and

--- Applying knowledge of server's/computers hardware and software,
DNS and networking
fundamentals including diagnostics with Windows tools
--- Deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting Windows Servers.
Performing enterprise-wide server and desktop systems patching for
OS and standard applications. Coordinating the design,
implementation, and execution of backup and disaster recovery plans
for Hybrid environments.
