  • 200 White Clay Center Dr, Newark, DE, 19711, US Posting Date 07/29/2022, 04:27 PM Job Schedule Full time Job Description Organization Description The Employee Conduct Strategy & Oversight (ECSO) team works globally across all lines of business to advise internal stakeholders on the impact of regulatory requirements and how to balance these with the firm's needs. Their diverse mandate means they also provide input on new business strategies, product lines, policies, training, operational processes, risk mitigation and control. -The Employee Conduct, Strategy & Oversight -Team -partners -with key stakeholders across Employee Compliance, Firmwide Data Management, Resiliency, and -Technology organizations to execute controls and compliance adherence. The ECSO Team wants to ensure compliance through effective education, oversight and enforcement. Ensuring adherence to policy requirements in an efficient and expeditious manner protects both employees and the firm from adverse reputational or regulatory outcomes. -The -Team plays a significant part in ensuring the firms response to MRA deliverables including the ongoing communication and strategy requirements to ensure correct execution. Responsibilities: The responsibilities will cover areas such as Document Governance, oversight of internal Audits/Regulatory activities, Record Retention and various other Compliance/Control activities within Employee Compliance and Conduct. The successful candidate will pro-actively plan ahead, be a self-starter and think strategically in a compliance environment. Responsibilities include:
    • Operate a complex program that impacts regulatory exposure for EC&C, that includes business management, governance and controls for various areas of compliance
    • Manage and maintain governing and non-governing documents to effectively adhere to the expectations within the firmwide Policy and Standard requirements
    • Ensure employees required to complete the Corporate Personal Account Dealing (PAD) Training Courses are identified and assigned such trainings by partnering with the Corporate Training Team
    • Act as point of contact for all internal/external audits and CCOR reviews. Manage RFI process to ensure evidence is complete, accurate and stored appropriately and lead required discussions with stakeholders to ensure completion
    • Oversee the review, assessment and reporting of Regulatory Change Events (RCEs) and Legal Obligations relevant to EC&C Risk Programs
    • Stay informed of regulatory and industry developments and socialize any gaps in EC&C processes with senior management
    • Manage Records Management function within EC&C to ensure all access administration, data retention and destruction activities are completed
    • Provide hands-on support to Corporate Risk Management & Compliance teams in the development and maintenance of Business Resiliency strategies and plans
    • Develop and manage stakeholder relationships while keeping them engaged and informed of key issues, risks, and dependencies
    • Create effective presentations and project update materials suitable for management
    • Actively participate and collaborate in workstream meetings and ad hoc working sessions including driving agendas, preparing meeting minutes and keeping track of agreed actions.
    • Drive transformational business change through process re-engineering and joined up thinking with appropriate business and technical solutions
    • Ability to negotiate and prioritize with strong influencing skills while helping the organization think both short and long-term
    • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts by participating in firmwide and/or CCOR DEI activities
    • Work independently and as a core team member, exhibiting strong relationship management and negotiation skills. Qualifications:
      • 4+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, performance driven business, preferably within a financial institution
      • Minimum 3 years of experience in Compliance, Technology, Program Management, or similar relevant field
      • Advanced analytical skills, problem solving, good critical thinking and decision-making skills
      • Previous experience in strategic and tactical initiatives: ability to identify problems, propose solutions and execute against deliverables
      • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with others of all levels of seniority
      • Experience presenting program details and status to all levels of management
      • Detail-oriented; with a high level of attention to detail
      • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, time management and multi-tasking
      • Flexible, adaptable to shifting priorities, uses sound judgement, and navigates ambiguity to get things done
      • Advanced capabilities with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, and OneNote)
