  • Ability to lead diverse teams.
  • Provide leadership and direction as it relates to integration with the client and the Project Management Corporate Office.
  • Provide strong leadership, technical guidance, coaching and support to an assigned group of experienced Project Managers.
  • Demonstrate the ability to create a solution-oriented environment whereby the team is consistently seeking to identify leading edge project management practices focused on delivering value to the client while working within the process requirements of the account and JLL.
  • Responsible for end-to-end employee management including hiring, onboarding, leading developing, and mentor team members.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and talent practices such as midyear and year end reviews.
  • Diversify and develop workforce by ensuring a diverse slate of candidates are considered for all open positions, retaining top talent and actively participate in a mentoring relationship.
  • Work to establish succession plans, career development plans, conduct regular one-on-one coaching meetings and lead weekly team meetings.
  • Ensure accurate data is provided to support resource models and align project manager skill sets with work assignments and balance project workload within team.RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT - CLIENT SERVICE
    • Develop working relationships with client team, external vendors, and partnership vendors in a proactive and professional manner.
    • Drive the "Trusted Advisory" culture throughout all levels of the team. - Provide specific examples quarterly.
    • Ensure your team is fully aligned and exceeds cascaded client targets and your account business plan. - - Make certain your team fully supports client programs and initiatives and proactively identify opportunities for improving processes and deliverables and your team is in full compliance with all applicable Master Service Agreement requirements.
    • Ensure your team is driving and supporting all new and existing programs initiated nationally.
    • Maintain strong working relationships with the Project Management Corporate Office leadership on and off the client account.CENTER OF EXCELLENCE
      • Manage JLL team scorecards. Be familiar with JLL contract requirements and manage the JLL team to deliver an exceeding score on all contract KPI metrics. - The metrics may change annually or more frequently and as such the team needs to be familiarized with new processes and approaches to deliver the required results.
      • Define and drive excellent project controls, project governance and financial governance.
      • Create an environment where direct reports are engaged, understand, and are committed to both corporate and client goals.
      • Develop and maintain audit controls by focusing on 6 key areas: Quality Assurance and Quality Control; Tools and Methodologies, Continuous Improvement, Reporting Standards: Document Management and On-going training.
      • Plan and develop business processes, workflow models, standards, tools, and training in conjunction with the client.
      • Responsible for ensuring overall alignment of processes and practices within the client platforms.
      • Responsible for accurate, timely status reporting in accordance with account SLAs with service line leads.
      • Hold yourself and the team accountable to achieving the designated goals.
        • Proactively manage and ensure team meets or comes under target for proforma expenses.
        • Manage Project Capital and Expense plan assigned to the JLL Project Team.
        • Manage the provision of data on the Program Budget and Capital Spend to ensure compliance with construction in progress aging.
        • Ensure all project funding processes and procedures are followed.
        • Monitor expense reporting to client.Education and Experience:
          • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management strongly preferred.
          • 8 - 10 years of documented, progressive experience in project management with knowledge around property and transaction management. At least 2 years in a management capacity and a minimum of 4 years of demonstrated successful experience working in a PMO environment.
          • Demonstrated knowledge and success in the following: strategic thinking, whole systems perspective, partnership building, strong organizational agility, creativity
          • Experience working on real estate portfolios/programs
          • Professional designations such as LEED, PMP or comparable preferred.
          • Proven knowledge of all aspects of project management processes including estimating, scheduling, design drawing interpretation, construction practices, value engineering, tendering, design build, risk analysis, alternative procurement methods, and SOX compliance processes.
          • Proven success in gaining credibility and building trust with senior decision makers.
          • Seasoned influential skills sufficient to resolve distinct differences of opinion or approach; promote or negotiate on our client's behalf.
          • Advanced presentation skills to present, rationalize, and debate with client executive. Proven leadership abilities to motivate, manage and direct staff resulting in a consistent well managed service to the client.
