We are seeking a Leave of Absence Benefit Program Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will be the subject matter authority in all areas of leave and disability administration, and compliance. You will serve as the liaison between HR Solutions, associates, managers, and HR Business Partners providing a high-level of customer service.We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means youll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.Responsibilities:

  • Lead for administration for Broadridge leave policies and disability programs and is the liaison or vendor manager with the companys outsourced vendors according to plan guidelines, federal and state regulation, and established company practices
  • Act as first line of contact for research and resolution of sophisticated escalated participant issues, collaborate with internal and external benefits stakeholders, the HR Operations team and HR partners for problem identification and resolution and tract work items and tickets
  • Provide mentorship, consultative services, and operational support for leave administration including but not limited to policy interpretation, associate inquiries, and communications
  • Manage outsourced vendors and Broadridge Payroll to ensure salary continuation and third party off-sets are correctly applied
  • Responsible for communication with the associate, manager, Human Resources, and/or any third-party leave administrator during the duration of an associates leave as needed
  • Responsible to maintain related process workflows and standard operating procedures, while looking for ongoing process improvement opportunities
  • Remain current on related local, state, and federal law changes as the relate to time off and leave management
  • Complete and support leave related-compliance activities and reporting
  • Provide project management of department projects and activities related to leave initiatives or other projects, as neededPreferred Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrating leave, disability, and time off policies for a medium to large workforce
    • Knowledge of multi-state leave requirements and processing
    • Experience with ADP Payroll (EV5) and advice to pay process, Workday HRIS, Service Now or similar case tracking system is preferred
    • Bachelors degree; advanced degree preferred
    • Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or other Benefits credentialing desirableSkills/Proficiencies:
      • Interact with internal/external vendors, peers, and managers in a collaborative and professional manner, encouraging teamwork and trust
      • Strong attention to detail, follow-up, and sense of urgency
      • Independent, proactive in nature and assumes a sense of ownership of responsibilities
      • Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential material
      • Ability to manage multiple results in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
      • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
      • Curious, problem-solving mindset, seeking to apply critical thinking and analytical skills to identify and tackle issues
