Job Description:

A nonprofit health organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Workforce and Analytics Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:
Supporting daily Contact Center operations via delivery of forecasting, scheduling real time trends
Forecasting call volume and staffing needs to Contact Center leadership on a regular basis
Managing and writing bi-annual progress reports for a community living grant
Skills and Requirements Include:

Bachelor's Degree in General Business or equivalent
7-10 years call center experience
5-7 years' experience in Call Center Management
5-7 years' of workforce management experience
3-5 year's leadership experience
5-7 years' experience developing reports from aggregate sources
