Workforce Logiq by PRO Unlimited is looking for an experienced senior manager to help drive and manage our global media work in tandem with the client's 10 marketplaces. This is a temporary assignment for a top client based in Newark, NJ.

He/she will provide guidance to both the Global Media Center (GMC) and marketplaces helping to transform the media practice from a siloed, marketplace approach, to one that drives ongoing enterprise level value. The role requires someone with deep expertise across awareness and performance media channels and will be an integral part to establish foundational processes, enable growth, and improve efficiencies. The role will work very closely with the GMC lead as well as with local marketers with coordination with cross functional teams inside and outside of marketing.

He/she should have a proven track record of leading multi media campaigns as well as strong project management skills, working cross functionally across teams and departments - creative, tech, integrated marketing, etc. The role will be a media generalist with an understanding of all tactics and channels. The role will be global in nature working across various marketplaces, so a fundamental understanding of the multi-cultural marketplaces is preferred. The candidate must be a forward thinker and be able to see the "bigger picture" as he/she will be responsible for helping to determine the future state of media measurement as well as shape global analytics goals, measurement frameworks, and best practices to ensure consistency across client marketplaces.

  • Leading campaigns and initiatives involving multiple stakeholders across multiple teams
  • Oversight and ownership of media strategy
  • Manage analysis of key marketing metrics including subscriber acquisition cost and marketing as a percent of revenue
  • Provide support across media channels and tactics including Video, Audio, OOH, Mobile App Install, Social, Search and Display
  • Develop overarching policy, principles, process, and best practices across media
  • Spearhead the data collation and analysis of media analytics both internally as well as with agencies
  • Ownership of real time digital dashboards reports as well as the distribution to larger team with insights
  • Manage and update budgets and finance documents
  • Proactive thinking on how to improve process and overall project management
  • Project management of ad hoc initiatives as well as cross functional work with creative, content, and product


    Basic qualifications
    • Experience in project management
    • Preferred experience working with media agencies
    • Firm understanding of the overall media landscape as we as a fairly comprehensive knowledge of most paid media channels (display, social, radio, TV, OOH, OLV, mobile app, etc.)
    • Always up to speed on marketing trends with a keen understanding of ad formats, specifications and the different tactics
    • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time in a fast-paced environment
    • Clear and concise communication skills
    • Experience in tracking customer journey across multiple devices and provide a holistic view of performance drivers
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights and learnings from reports
    • Proven ability for innovation and ability to bring new ideas to the table to continue to advance the business
    • Experience managing a holistic budget
      Preferred qualifications
      • 7+ years marketing experience in a goal-oriented organization
      • Global Experience on brand or agency side
      • Experience setting and achieving quantitative goals for both brand and direct response objectives
