AT Lead Product Marketing Manager is a seasoned professional skilled in developing and implementing marketing strategy and programs for highly complex internet products and services.As a seasoned marketing professional, the AT Lead Product Marketing Manager understands the dynamics of the industry, new and emerging products technologies and or applications, has a thorough understanding of AT customers' needs and ensures the development of a compelling customer experience, driving results and product accountability. Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for product planning and analysis of AT's Affordability Programs (e.g. Access from AT, Affordable Connectivity Program, Lifeline) to help close the digital divide Conduct multi-year product planning for AT's Affordability Programs to determine product lifecycle decisions, ensure consistency with overall marketing and corporate strategy, and achieve product performance, revenue, market share/penetration, and profitability objectives Identify, monitor and analyze internal (e.g. financials, movement, revenue, cost, sales) and external (e.g., technology, market share, competitive, research) performance parameters and make business recommendations for improvement Develop forward-looking business plans and organize operational readouts for portfolio against plan Act as liaison with key cross-functional partners to ensure growth in customer awareness and alignment with product strategy Optimize customer experience and align it with business objectives Required Qualifications: 5+ years product management lifecycle/development experience Strategic, out-of-the-box thinker with sound business judgement and insights Strategic marketing and problem-solving skills Strong analytic and fact-based decision-making skills Financial acumen to understand product growth, revenue, profitability and churn drivers Self-motivated and accountable, owning projects from inception to launch Prior experience leading a cross-functional team in executing projects from ideation to completion Manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead cross functional teams Ability to build and grow relationships across organizations Possess outstanding written and oral communication skills as well as strong presentation and interpersonal skills Must be proficient using software including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Advanced PowerPoint, Excel and data management skills preferred. Desired Qualifications: MBA preferred Product management experience within high tech, software and/or wireless/internet industry Experience working with and knowledge of affordability programs that address the Digital Divide Ready to join the #LifeAtATT?
