Cornerstone OnDemand is looking for a strong leader to take our marketing analytics practice to the next level. You will help define the strategy and be part of our NEW Revenue Operations practice, working with a global team of marketers to create dashboards and reports that mean something. Data for the sake of data? Not here. This is data for the sake of action. We measure so that we can optimize. You will build and lead a team of analysts to distill data insights for the marketing demand generation team working closely with the Sales and Marketing Operations teams to drive a holistic view of our revenue funnel. In this role you will....... + Build, lead and inspire a world-class global marketing analytics team encouraging an environment of innovation, creative problem-solving approaches, testing/experimentation, and personal development + Develop the global marketing analytics strategy that combines technical infrastructure, data management, resourcing, and strategy to support marketing goals and priorities + Drive the design and delivery of marketing analytics deliverables (dashboards, weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting, deep-dive analysis, ad hoc analysis, analytics strategies, stakeholder enablement, predictive insights) ensuring analytical quality and rigor + Drive weekly reporting with sales operations on marketing pipeline + Implement marketing attribution models and drive alignment across cross-functional teams to ensure the trustworthiness of the data/reporting. + Measure the effectiveness of channels and campaigns via CPC, ROI and other appropriate conversion KPIs Youve got what it takes if you have...... + 7+ year of hands-on experience working in a high growth SaaS company + 5+ years working with Salesforce and Marketo + Experience leading, mentoring, and developing a team of analysts + Highly proficient with data visualization tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau + Proficient at SQL + Experience with Full Circle Insights (required) and Demandbase (preferred) + Collaborate with Marketing Ops to provide guidance on best practices for campaign infrastructure in support of data integrity and rigor + Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate results from the data to marketing and management + Experience creating and delivering presentations on performance analysis and recommendations to C-Level executives + Strong ability to condense complex concepts and analysis into clear and concise takeaways that drive action Equal Employment Opportunity has been, and will continue to be, a fundamental commitment at Cornerstone OnDemand.
