Infosys is seeking Senior Project Manager. As a Manager this position will significantly contribute to identifying best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects; develop design of application, provide regular support/guidance to project teams on complex coding, issue resolution and execution. You will collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create and implement innovative high-quality solutions, participate in Sales and various pursuits focused on our clients' business needs. Required Qualifications:

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Basking Ridge, New Jersey or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 7+ years of experience with Information Technology

Preferred Qualifications:
At least 7+ Years of IT experience
Technically sound on in Python\\Java or .NET [ one of the technology] and good with scalable implementations, Windows, Web component and web service development;
Client Interactions, Requirements Elicitation, Planning, Scheduling and Execution of Projects
Define and setup organization model, review framework, engagement model and onboarding principles and processes.
Define and track KPIs for program/group of projects success
Review of Estimations and Costing, Design and Architecture
Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Cost Management, Time Management, Quality Reviews
Experience in coordinating with multiple teams for Project Implementation
Scrum Planning, Agile methodologies (Scrum Master preferred)
Presales activities, Revenue Forecasting, New Business Opportunities, RFPs. Good in Story telling and highlighting business value add.
Responsible of advance planning on staffing, training and other investments
Schedule, risk, and communication management
Change management and driving adoption of product with clients.
Preferable Experience in CPG/Retail/Manufacturing domains and Any Project , program management certification is nice to have.
Any prior experience with Data analytics, Statistical / ML modelling is nice to have.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
