Job Description:
The Product Operations Manager will be respinsible for
orchestrating proper alignment across the GTM organization (Sales,
Marketing, Client Strategy, Ops, Partnerships), playing an integral
role in aligning internal operations, supporting overall strategy
and accelerating product growth. You understand how impactful data
can be in determining the right strategy, and how important smooth
operations are to executing that strategy. You can roll up your
sleeves, but also thrive in building teams in a highly dynamic
environment while implementing the necessary processes and tools to
advance best practices for our organization. You will bring a
data-driven framework to help guide the direction of our product
organization in the design and execution of our go-to-market
strategies. In this role you will... + As part of the Product
Leadership team you will participate in key discussions that help
shape the overall strategy and direction of the Product operations.
+ Coordinates cross functional teams in developing and implementing
shared business process that support Product initiatives.
Facilitates operationalizing the final solution. + Manage our
evolving GTM and end of life product process that is used by cross
functional teams. + Coordinates between teams to ensure Product
projects and releases are on track. + Partner with the leadership
team on executive strategies and deliverables for board materials,
QBRs, and more. + Support and manage the office of the Chief
Product Officer, including required meetings with leadership and
stakeholders. You've got what it takes if you have... + Natural

able to manage up or down in the organization + Strong background
working at an established global company supporting a dispersed
team of Product Team Members + 5+ years of Product Management
and/or operational experience in a top software company or
innovative technology startup (or equivalent experience) +
Excellent coaching and teamwork skills with experience managing
product managers + A strong influential leader of a
cross-functional team. + Outstanding written and oral communication
skills + Strong execution and ability to drive work to completion +
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required Equal
