the design, development, implementation, testing and maintenance of
software in a systematic method. The roles in this function will
cover all primary development activity across all technology
functions that ensure we deliver code with high quality for our
applications, products and services and to understand customer
needs and to develop product roadmaps.These roles include, but are
not limited to analysis, design, coding, engineering, testing,
debugging, standards, methods, tools analysis, documentation,
research and development, maintenance, new development, operations
and delivery. With every role in the company, each position has a

includes evaluating new tools, new techniques, strategies;
Automation of common tasks; build of common utilities to drive
organizational efficiency with a passion around technology and
solutions and influence of thought and leadership on future

challenges.Primary Responsibilities:
- Leading teams of highly-creative software professionals in a
dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Managing teams focused on New Product Development in building
highly scalability cloud applications from concept to delivery
- Engage hands-on in technical design discussions and
advise/unblock developers when they hit roadblocks.
- Understanding and driving Lean, Systems Thinking software
engineering principals
- Recruiting and hiring for team growth
- Personal mentoring of team members, and establishing and
maintaining a practice within the team of all senior individuals
mentoring those junior to them
- Establishing best practices for software engineering to ensure
high-quality services that can be easily run in production
- Collaborating with architects and other technology leaders to
help drive the direction of technology within the team and the
company
- Establishing a culture of continual learning and quality across
the organization
- Monitoring high-level projects to ensure in-flight projects are

Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years managing software teams
- Significant hands-on experience leading teams using Agile/Lean
development methodologies -
- Experience with CI/CD techniques and tools
- Understanding of internet application architecture, including
web services, database technologies, building cloud applications
and SOA/Micro Services architecture
- Development background should have solid roots in a Java
environment, or similar environmentPreferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading teams working on Greenfield projects in the
healthcare industry
- Experience in performance and scalability optimization -
- Experience with Big Data, Azure/AWS, Analytics and Data Science
focused software application
- Solid understanding of relational database structures,

range for Colorado residents is $97,300 to $176,900. The salary
range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $97,300 to $176,900.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to
education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to
