Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY
The Experience Design Lead, has 6+ years of experience as a
practitioner of user-centric product design. They work with a team
of Product Designers creating digital products such as web sites,
mobile sites, native apps, experiential UX/UI and voice apps.
The Experience Design Lead will be expected to manage and mentor
other Product Designers across several projects and/or be hands on
with their own projects.
They know how to work with all aspects of the Product Design
digital workflow, including interaction design, visual design,
motion design, wireframing, and prototyping.
They work closely with Creative, Strategy, Production, Technology,
et al; so that the end digital product truly exceeds both the
users' needs and the requirements of the business.
They will be able to design flawless design systems and pattern
libraries based on everything we know about the brand, business
requirements, and end users of their product.
They will understand the importance of pixel accuracy and working
within the parameters of any given framework.
They will be evangelists for human interface guidelines, as well as
accessibility and utilizing technology to better the overall user
experience.
They ensure flawless execution of digital properties that are not
only engaging and compelling, but also useful and usable.
Our Experience Design group is made up of Digital Visual Designers.
You should have a strong portfolio showing examples of visual
design and digital art direction that is pixel perfect.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Creative
Aid art directors with their creative vision in the concepting
phase of a job or pitch.

Work on Storyboard / Styleframes / character design creation to
ensure creative quality of that work.

Oversee storyboards / styleframes / character designs / etc. and
ensuring creative quality of that work.

collaboratively with creative partner. Learn to focus on the idea
first, then the execution. Develop copy that is relevant and makes
sense with the visual.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Comments
--- Work with Product & Experience Design (XD) teams through the
entire product lifecycle.
--- Support and evangelize the full digital workflow as it pertains
to user-centric design.
--- Manage rapid prototyping and user testing process with regards
to ongoing sprints.
--- Identify and hire top talent in the Digital Product Design
space to help grow and move forward the new capability of XD at
FCBHealth.
--- Participate with Creative, Strategy, Technology and other
departments on RFIs, RFPs, pitches and client presentations.
--- Expert with Sketch, Principle, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
or similar. Prototyping tools such as Invision, and/or Usability
Hub.
--- Expert in responsive grid systems and frameworks as well as
vector graphics and optimization.
--- Working knowledge of front-end code, HTML, CSS.

DEGREE/DIPLOMA
