KMK is seeking a seasoned Pharmaceutical Commercial Analyst with Business knowledge in Communications, Marketing, and Sales Analytics to join our growing company as the Training Manager of our interns. This key role will also be responsible for developing content used for the professional development of our experienced analysts. The ideal applicant will have extensive experience and knowledge of Pharmaceutical Commercial Analytics, as well as experience with hands-on SAS programming. The successful candidate will enjoy the ongoing mentoring and developing of others. Responsibilities and duties include: Review, correct and provide feedback on junior analyst's SAS programming assignments Mentor junior analysts throughout all phases of their training program Lead deep dive training sessions on various analytical project methodologies. Topics include: forecasting, targeting, call plan creation, incentive compensation plan design, sales force sizing Ongoing training on effective client professional communication, role play, etc. Continuously strive to connect with junior staff and draw upon their strengths to facilitate their development Stay abreast of the latest applications of new technologies to the Pharmaceutical industry Work with the on-site Managers and/or Business Unit leaders to align junior talent with their teams Learn and master in-house online training platform and proactively assess, improve and update content Qualifications: Masters Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field; or Bachelors degree plus commensurate industry experience 10 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Industry, preferably on the commercial side Business knowledge in Communications, Marketing, Sales Analytics 5 years of hands-on SAS programming in Pharmaceutical industry Excellent people skills and the ability to develop relationships at all levels in the organization Excellent oral, written and non-verbal communication skills Strong mentoring and development skills Subject matter expertise in Pharmaceutical Commercial Analytics Demonstrated strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities Experienced collaborator Knowledge of other programming languages such as R, Python, SQL a plus Experience with Tableau, Qlik, Power BI a plus Prior experience in a consulting firm a plus Part time schedule available KMK Consulting, Inc. is a fast growing company with passionate, energetic, and dedicated people working in a dynamic and friendly environment.
