Job Description:

The Account Manager manages a portfolio of accounts and is responsible for building strong client relationships, developing account management strategies, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients' needs, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts. The Account Manager is accountable for ensuring that all client requirements are effectively and efficiently executed and continually delivered successfully against client expectations.Duties and ResponsibilitiesBuild successful long-term clients relationshipsOverall hands-on responsibility for managing the customer relationship with the emphasis on being proactive in providing information and resolving issuesEscalate issues when required to the appropriate internal or external resourcePrioritizing and driving resolution on escalated customer issuesCreate and enhance processes to achieve quality control required goalsPromoting opportunities for two-way communication including keeping customers informed of order status, technical resolutions and process or procedural changesLearn and demonstrate competency in the Micrologic product suite as well as establish a thorough understanding of our products and processing servicesManage client and project implementations ensuring agreed upon timelines and deliverables are metPerform standard and ad hoc reporting for customers and managementCreate accurate daily/weekly status reportsSchedule and chair status meetingsDirect oversight of all day-to-day operational activities for customerEmail SupportTransaction and Procurement ManagementAnd other duties as assigned by ManagementRequired Skills & ExperienceAccount Manager should possess significant experience in customer relationship management, solutions design, and the implementation and/or support of enterprise software for large, complex customers related to the service industry. Specific expertise in information technology service industry is highly desirable.Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers especially at the Executive levelProven ability to engage across corporate functions (Professional Services, and Product Management)Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to chair meetings or host webinarsAdept at multi-tasking with success and confidenceMotivated and have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentHigh energy and drive with a can do attitudePassion for customer serviceAbility to work independently with speed, accuracy and qualityProficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ProjectProject managementEducationBachelor's degree (B. A. / B.
