We are seeking a Business Analytics Manager to own insights, reporting, and data collection for the Lucid Sales organization as we scale rapidly. In this role you will lead a team focused on using data to accelerate the performance and efficiency of our sales efforts. You will work closely with sales leadership to understand the sales processes in order to measure the organization's performance and provide actionable insights. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of technical, creative, and business skills, and has a passion for using data to guide decision-making. The Role

  • Lead a business analytics and business intelligence team to deliver reliable, accurate, and insightful sales reporting and analyses.
  • Develop and standardize sales data, metrics, and business analytics processes, including but not limited to, sales pipeline velocity and management, sales performance reporting, and recurring business reviews.
  • Build scalable data architecture and data pipelines for use by analysts throughout the organization.
  • Create analytics tools and self-service dashboards for use within the team as well as by non-technical stakeholders.
  • Foster a team culture that nurtures intellectual curiosity and exploratory analysis in order to consistently deliver actionable insights for business leaders.
  • Own the creation, distribution, and adoption of KPIs and metrics for the sales organization.
  • Create the team roadmap, drive alignment, and manage the prioritization of projects and resources within the team and with business stakeholders.
  • Advocate for disciplined, data-driven thinking throughout the sales organization.
  • Establish strong cross-functional partnerships with teams including Sales, Delivery, Marketing, Service, Finance, Data Engineering, and Legal. Qualifications
    • 7+ years of experience in a Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, or similar role with 2+ years of experience managing a team.
    • Experience querying and manipulating raw datasets for analysis using SQL.
    • Expertise in data visualization; creating intuitive and elegant dashboards and reports using BI visualization tools (Tableau preferred).--
    • Exposure to ETL and data pipeline development.
    • Understanding of the Salesforce platform and how it can be used to facilitate the sales process and generate data throughout the customer journey.
    • Experience navigating and executing in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while still maintaining high standards.
