Responsibilities of the Senior Manager of Programs & Social Impact digitalundivided is looking for a bold, process-oriented Senior Manager of Programs & Social Impact to join our team and mission in supporting Black and Latinx women startup founders through programs, thought leadership, and research. This role reports to the Director of Programs, manages the Programs Associate, and is the chief "owner" of all aspects of digitalundivided's programs, including START, BIG, Catalyst Collective, Genius Lab, the Do You Fellowship, and other initiatives. The role is open to qualified candidates of all backgrounds and identities whose values align with digitalundivided's mission and work. The ideal candidate will have well-rounded experience with startups across customer, product, and company development as well as a passion for implementing innovative programs that support high-growth startups led by women of color. The ideal candidate will also be able to fluently translate the Director's vision into projects, then work with other Programs team members to create milestones, tasks, and deadlines--with a major intersection between reaching the organization's goals and measuring, creating, and/or leveraging initiatives that are relevant to the wider societal concerns that affects our community of Black and Lanitx women entrepreneurs and innovators . Finally, the Senior Manager of Programs & Social Impact will possess a well-practiced affinity for details, systems and processes, and other operational functions across many "hats" and roles to sustain and scale our programs and impact. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    • Lead project management across 5+ programs for digitalundivided's core founder-focused initiatives
    • Own the overall responsibility for the successful execution of each program and all metrics of success, including the quality of engagement with founders, facilitators, mentors, partners, and other programmatic stakeholders
    • Work collaboratively with the Research department to build out social impact metrics around our programs that are culturally relevant to Black and Latinx women
    • Manage resources across team members, maximizing for efficiency of time, data, and budget resources
    • Iterate on and improve social and operational impact and efficiency across all programs through data and metrics
    • Oversee logistics, relationship management, and communications for programs, with the support of the Programs Associate, including email correspondence and all administrative functions to support founders, facilitators, mentors, and guest speakers
    • With the support of the Communications team and the Entrepreneurs-in-Residence, coordinate founder, mentor, and facilitator recruitment for each program
    • Lead documentation, development, and implementation of sustainable and effective program processes including administrative, communication, curriculum delivery and technology components.
    • Manage hiring, professional development, and talent attraction/retention across program staff, including Associates, Entrepreneurs-in-Residence, interns, and the Fellowship team
    • Work closely with the CEO and the Director of Programs to develop and implement the Fellowship Program as well as manage programmatic implementation and processes
    • Develop unique ways to track social impact and measurement across all programs: START, BIG, Community and the Fellowship Program, while contextualized and illustrate the social impact of the digitalundivided ecosystem
    • Share new best practices with the digitalundivided team as you identify areas for innovation and improvement
    • Represent digitalundivided in the local community, both actively and passively.
    • Create a culture of honest feedback at all levels Requirements Qualifications:
      • 7+ years of experience on fast-paced or startup-like teams with a focus on team management, operations, project, and/or program management
      • Strong relationship builder and communicator in understanding the needs, cycles, and challenges faced by startup founders who are women of color
      • Deep familiarity with Lean Startup methodologies, growth hacking, product development, agile methodologies, and/or the startup functions needed to build a viable late early-stage company
      • Proven track record of designing, implementing, and executing successful curriculum-based programming amongst competing priorities
      • Comfortable with a minimal amount of direction but high expectations
      • Aligns with the digitalundivided culture (curious, founder-focused, focused on a growth mindset, highly accountable, and has deep integrity)
      • Strong ethics and deep commitment to the mission of digitalundivided
      • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
