• Job Type: Full timeYour Role :Supporting implementation of quality initiatives and roll-out across the regionReporting of regional KPI quality data, including analysis and improvement plansPromoting the Zero Defect Program consistent with business visionProvide input, guidance and coaching to sites to evaluate quality performanceLead and conduct internal and supplier audits as requiredCoordinate with production in order to plan and execute inbound and production checksManage relations with customers or third party companyParticipate in external supplier quality testing and auditsParticipate in Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) eventsMonitor product portfolio KPIs and drive effective root cause corrective actions where appropriate to address gaps to agreed targetsMaintain and analyze data to provide information or identify problems for management and stakeholders on the state of a process or product qualityCreate awareness in the Leadership community regarding what opportunities have been discovered or developed and how to realize themCollaborate with the department or other company departments to clarify / resolve issues techniques related to QC activities.Offer all documents as per QAP to customer after coordinating with internal departments and closing all documentation queriesYour Profile:Experience in quality management systemUnderstanding of product / process flowStrong organizational skillsBS or BA Degree in relevant field and 5-7 years relevant experienceQuality assurance experience in a manufacturing and engineered environmentISO9001 knowledge, auditor trained/certifiedProficient in corrective action request management, RCA and CAPA toolsMust be able to travel 30% both domestic and internationalNice to HaveKnowledge of IntellaQuest system or similar applications is desirableExperience in engineering and utilization of Lean and Six Sigma tools and methodologiesWhat we offer (among other benefits):
