Data & Platform Engineer

Lead a Data practice to help drive legacy modernization, cloud enablement, client & partner data exchange capabilities, and operational efficiency solutions to evolve our systems of interaction, systems of integration and systems of records Work with Chief Data Office and in country teams to develop and drive adoption of Data Architecture framework including blueprints, solutions, principles, design patterns and standards as well as coach, train, and develop other technical staff on data best practices and solutions Facilitate implementing the PII Data Lake model that can be used across PII countries for reporting, visualization, analytics and machine learning. Lead and influence Data initiative discussions and decisions with key stakeholders including local country IT teams, Prudential Technology Teams, Enterprise Architecture groups, Chief Data Office, Cloud Enablement Partners, and service providers Leverage experience and perform appropriate due diligence to make well informed decisions for Data management platform capabilities in our rapidly growing and evolving environment considering speed to market and customer needs in mind to deliver business outcomes Assist in the development and maintain a metadata management and repository strategy to manage all enterprise information architecture project artifacts Collaborate, co-create and develop relationships with business, technology and enterprise teams across the organization by partnering, sharing and leveraging best practices and solutions Daily Tasks: Responsibilities for executing and leading the information structure/design and user experience of the project. Must conduct business needs assessments including content analysis. Creates and revises information architecture documents including but not limited to; site maps, user profiles/personas, use cases, wireframes, content matrices, flow diagrams/process maps, usability test scripts, and detailed functional specifications. Assists in conducting usability testing and other user validation exercises. Assist with UAT testing. -
