Messaging Engineer Are you the go to person for emails escalations? If so, look no further! What does a Successful Messaging Engineer do at Fiserv? The Messaging Engineer will be responsible for the design, support, and maintenance of the Enterprise Messaging Support activities, primarily focused on SMTP email while configuring and troubleshooting DKIM/DMARC. You will have a high level of ownership from the design, implementation, and ongoing support of all Messaging based systems and applications. You'll work in a collaborative, trusting, thought-provoking environment-one that encourages diversity of thought and creative solutions that are in the best interests of our customers globally. What you will do:Possessing a high level of ownership from the design, implementation, and ongoing support of all Messaging based systems and applicationsLeveraging your experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing to provide recovery for all Messaging systems supporting our global, Fortune 300 company.Ensuring the availability, operational stability, and security of all messaging systemsProviding 3rd & 4th level support for all messaging systemsAnalyzing requirements, design, build and test solutions and enhancements.Contributing to the migration of on-premises applications to cloud solutions.Collaborating as an escalation point to other engineers internal and external to the group becoming a key component of our support structure.Providing after-hour support as neededStaying current on latest technology findings, trends, features, and functionality by researching market trends, reading new knowledge that has been created, attending trainings, and reviewing release notes. What you will need to have - BA or BS in an Operations/Infrastructure, Communications, Business Analysis, or relevant field experience.3 - 5 years of experience supporting complex environments with the following criteria: Office 365, Proofpoint, Microsoft Exchange, Office Apps, 20,000 plus user environment, 100 plus smtp domainsCoexistence of 2 or more email environments with sync technologiesExperience using ServiceNow for incidents, work orders, change requests and CMDB. What would be great to have:Certifications: ITIL Foundation Certification desired.
