We have grown to see ourselves as a technology company in consumer finance, with great opportunities for engineers who want to build innovative applications to give users smarter ways to save, transact, borrow and invest their money, as we seek to disrupt the industry again.--As a Capital One SailPoint Engineer, you'll work on a SailPoint identity platform to support Identity Access Management needs.Responsibilities:Lead Identity and access management (IAM) Certification team and define Certification strategy for the Enterprise.--Lead large Enterprise wide Certification campaigns, Perform User access certification activations and validations.Identify opportunities for automation, evaluate new tools, and drive implementation of technology that creates value for the organization.Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team membersProvide regular updates to the management team on project progressRally Team to deliver successful results on critical Projects and Incidents Excellent organizational and Communication Skills Ability to pick up-- new technologies quickly Pro-active, flexible and a high competency with people.Producing Certification reports for leadershipPlan and execute the POC for upcoming requirements and work with developers to implement the solutionIdentifying business requirements and translating them into technical requirements for development teamsImprove the performance of current reports by rewriting SQL queriesDocumenting and improving the operational standard operating proceduresAssist end users in completing access certifications and support day-to-day operationsIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve SailPoint-related functional and technical issuesAssist in monitoring, troubleshooting, and providing problem resolutions to related incidentsOperational support with change and incident management processesIdentify opportunities for automation, evaluate new tools, and drive implementation of technology that creates value for the organizationDevelop automated solutions using scripts and cloud-based server-less computing platformsBuild operational reports and support ad hoc data requests--Capital One is open to hiring a Remote Employee for this opportunity.Basic Qualifications:--High school diploma, GED or equivalent certificationAt least 2 years of experience in Information SecurityAt least 1 year of experience supporting SailPoint Applications--Preferred Qualifications:--Bachelor's Degree--3+ years of experience supporting Java and SailPoint applications3+ years of experience troubleshooting SailPoint Workflows, Rules, and customizations3+ years of experience with Role Based Access Controls (RBAC)3+ years of experience troubleshooting end user issues in Access Certifications2+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)Sailpoint Certified Developer----At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.Location is New York City: $133,200 - $152,000 for Sr. Assoc, Cyber TechnicalLocation is San Francisco, California: $141,100 - $161,000 for Sr. Assoc, Cyber TechnicalRemote roles in other areas of New York & California, and across Colorado & Washington: $112,900 - $128,800 for Sr. Assoc, Cyber TechnicalCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
