Job Description:
Job Description Troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade complex
diagnostic equipment during all stages of development at R&D
sites, OEM manufacturers, and Customer sites. Work closely with and
provide feedback to R&D engineers, Manufacturing, Assay
Development, and Service.
You will troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade complex instruments.
You will provide assistance in a variety of engineering tasks
You will be part of the knowledge exchange with our R&D team to
improve and further develop our products
You will assist in troubleshooting, assembling, and retrofitting
prototypes, and working with electrical and mechanical devices,
electrical wiring, fluidics components, schematics and technical
drawings.
You will assist with engineering-related studies, processes,
designs, inspections and/or quality audits, and assist in
gathering, recording and maintaining engineering-specific
information.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
in Electrical engineering, Mechanical engineering, or Biomedical
engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience as a system troubleshooter, working
in an R&D environment
Experience with Healthcare Diagnostic equipment
You have a familiarity with Diagnostic Healthcare
instrumentation.
You have worked in an FDA regulated field,
You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint,
Excel and Outlook)
You have a "systems type" approach to troubleshooting, including
the ability to discern between hardware, software, and system
issues.
You have a willingness to travel, including short-term
international deployment, which is expected
You have the ability to work with your customers to solve
instrument issues.
You have very good presentation skills in the customer environment,
and you show team orientation, communication skills, and customer
orientation
Required skills to have for the success of this role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required in Electrical
engineering, Mechanical engineering, or Biomedical engineering
Minimum 2 years' experience as a system troubleshooter, working in
an R&D environment
Experience with Siemens Healthcare Diagnostic equipment
Willing to travel up to 20%, including international travel.
