Job Description Job Description Itinerant Speech-Language Pathologist – Preschool ages 3-5 Location: Reading, PA Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site (Itinerant Role) Estimated Dates: ASAP - June 19th (stretch calendar) Salary Range: $62,000- $88,000 (based on experience) About the Role: AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve preschool aged students through a placement in the Reading area. This is an itinerant SLP position offering the exciting opportunity to travel between classrooms, daycares, or homes dependent on student needs. You will work with a collaborative and supportive staff trained on behaviors. This is a great fit for an adaptable SLP who enjoys working in collaborative environments and is comfortable providing services in both traditional caseloads and specialized programs. Responsibilities: Provide speech-language services to students with a variety of communication needs Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with educational teams Address speech/language delays, articulation and fluency disorders, cognitive delays, and Autism Complete required documentation, progress monitoring, and data collection Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP conferences Travel to one or more school sites within the region as needed Caseload Details: Speech Language Pathologist will work with 3-5-year-olds in their daycare and preschool classrooms Common disorders seen with this age group include language delay, developmental delays, and autism Play-based therapy and the ability to provide push-in services are advantageous Most itinerant staff have a dedicated office space available Qualifications: PA State Speech Language Pathologist License PA Department of Education (PDE) – Education Specialist Certificate Strong collaboration and communication skills Why AnthroMed?
