An opportunity is available for a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support middle and high school students in a K-12 educational setting located in Storrs Mansfield, CT. This full-time, onsite contract position spans the school year, making it ideal for educators passionate about making a difference through specialized instruction. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver tailored instruction to students with diverse learning needs in middle and high school classrooms. - Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. - Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies to meet individual educational goals. - Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and growth. - Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and administration to support student success.
