immediately seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Training Instructor to
join our Canton, OH Team! APPLY NOW Aircraft Maintenance Training
Instructors are responsible for practically teaching training
courses in an informal setting training such as, but not limited
to, all aircraft systems & procedures, maintenance paperwork,
stores department procedures (including hazardous materials
handling/shipping safety), test equipment, composite repair,
run/taxi operations & other subjects to Aircraft Maintenance
personnel. The AMTI teaches recurrent, informal, test equipment &
on-the-job training to company & vendor personnel. They regularly
are tasked with researching, developing, implementing, & revising
curriculum. Assisting with maintenance, upkeep, security & auditing
of training records is a vital aspect of this role, along with
maintaining proper completion/ submission of training
documentation. The Maintenance Training Instructor will also
perform other duties as assigned. PSA Aircraft Maintenance Training
Instructors Receive: Top Tier compensation starting at $28.25/hr.,
including license premiums!Experience Bonus (up to $12,500 based on

Training Instructor Requirements: Must have High school diploma or
GEDMust have current FAA Airframe & Powerplant certificationMust
have CRJ 700 or 900 aircraft maintenance experienceMust be able to
complete PSA Indoctrination training & General Familiarization
(training qualifications accepted)Must be familiar & able to
navigate applicable Manuals (GMM, AMM, FIM, Wiring diagrams
etc.)Must have strong ability to utilize MS Office suite &
maintenance softwareMust be proficient in the delivery of
on-the-job training, presentations, &reportsMust have ability
to travel & work different shifts as requiredMust have good working
knowledge of the Federal Aviation RegulationsMust develop thorough
knowledge of PSA ManualsMust be Run Taxi/Qualified AMA if
applicable (within 120 days of hire)Must be Airworthiness Release
