employer. Who we need: Overview: We are seeking an Account
Supervisor to serve as a primary client contact, leading the
execution of marketing, creative, media, and research initiatives.
This role translates client goals into actionable strategies,
manages cross-functional teams, and ensures seamless delivery. With
a strong focus on communication, performance tracking, and
collaboration, the Account Supervisor drives effective,
results-oriented campaigns. Key Responsibilities : Serves as the
day-to-day contact responsible for execution and implementation of
all client projects. Leads the initiation of all marketing,
creative, media and research projects. Responsible for the
development of all creative, research and media briefings to
identify client goals and objectives. Develops innovative marketing
solutions while knowing how to maximize agency resources to deliver
against client goals. Collaborate with all departments on campaign
deliverables and ensure all processes are followed and executed
flawlessly. Ownership of all client and internal documents
including status documents, meeting recaps, campaign reporting, and
client presentations. Generate client estimates or financial
documents as needed. Oversee campaign performance process ensuring
initiating reporting deadlines, templates and all content is
entered and accurate from analytics and media teams. Responsible
for cultivating and nurturing strong working relationships across
the internal agency and client teams alike. Serves as the day today
contact responsible for execution and implementation of all
marketing efforts Oversees efforts ensuring all processes are
followed and executed flawlessly. They have final signoff on all
status reports, financial estimates, tracking, media planning and
buying reports Responsible for development of all creative,
research and media briefings Responsible for ensuring resources,
timelines and process are put into action to support the IPQ
process. Works with their analytic counterpart to ensure all client
data is captured, dashboards are created/updated and agency
resources meet regularly to evaluate results and formulate
strategies All other duties assigned. Qualifications and
Requirements: 5 years’ experience in an agency or related
environment managing $800K in billings. An action-oriented
entrepreneurial spirit and a laser focus on the outcome, not just
on the process Experience with marketing analytics to help
establish KPIs, measure and report on an ongoing basis An eagerness
to think differently about problems and roll up your sleeves to
help figure them out Courage to dig deep into the business and
question everything to understand where the pain points and link
our work directly back to the business as much as possible A
resiliently positive attitude. This is critical to foster a highly

advertising, media, technology, and your career growth Inclination

progressive dialogue The ability to confidently present your own
and other’s work persuasively Demonstrating interest in marketing

educational webinars, etc. Financial savvy – the willingness and
capability to work with numbers Ability to travel as required to
the Philadelphia/Delaware area
