Associate Key Duties: Act as the main point of contact for Verizon
customers, addressing inquiries related to billing, plan changes,
technical issues, and general account information. Identify
customer needs to offer customized solutions and promote the newest
Verizon 5G services, devices, and special offers. Develop and
maintain comprehensive knowledge of Verizon 5G's wireless plans,
promotions, and devices to effectively educate and advise
customers. Work with internal teams to quickly and professionally
resolve customer issues, aiming for high levels of satisfaction and
customer retention. Maintain accurate records of customer
interactions, sales, and service activities within CRM systems.
Attend team meetings and regular training sessions alongside
Verizon Client Relations Associates to remain up-to-date on new
products and service developments.
