This North Jersey-based construction company is a leading GC/CM in the Midatlantic region with many excellent clients and an extensive backlog of projects in diverse construction sectors including multifamily, life sciences/healthcare, industrial and commercial. They're looking to add an Assistant Project Manager to the firm who's a motivated, self starter eager to get entrenched in some of the most exciting projects in the state of New Jersey. Client Details Our client is a full-service design build GC/CM who's well known in the region for it's consistent leadership, unmatched company culture, and massive pipeline of work in the public and private sector, working on all types of projects from higher education to life sciences, and multifamily. Description The Assistant Project Manager will: Provide overall leadership to entire project team Manage and develop assigned staff toward maximum job performance and career potential. Build and maintain rapport with architects, subcontractors, and vendors. Understand and administer contract and subcontract agreements.
