Heres what you should know if you want to be a Marketing Sciences Manager at R/GA: On any given day you might Design multi-channel measurement plans for R/GA led initiatives and manage their implementation Lead the analysis of results across several channels, including website, media, social, mobile, and video Guide your Marketing Sciences team to develop reports and presentations that clearly synthesize learnings and communicate opportunities to our clients Deliver strong data-driven recommendations to clients and internal teams Inspire your R/GA team with data-driven ideas from social listening, site analytics, syndicated research, etc Inform communication and marketing strategies with data-driven insights Build relationships with our clients and across R/GA cross-functional teams The ideal person Loves data and has strong analytical skills Is a proactive and resourceful problem solver Has excellent written and oral communication skills Has experience delegating work and managing small teams Has experience with at least two of the following: social listening, social analytics, web analytics, digital media analytics (display, paid search, video) Enjoys working with cross-functional teams You bring 5 years of experience in a related role A Bachelors degree in economics, mathematics, statistics, business, marketing or social sciences We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
