Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regulatory Writer.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, and analyzing regulatory documents and public
comments related to the Exchange Visitor Program
Developing regulations to support international exchange and
advance U.S. foreign policy
Conducting research, preparing white papers, and making policy
recommendations on EVP policy issues
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of writing and editing experience
Minimum of 3 years working with the Code of Federal Regulations
(CFR)
Ability to analyze agency objectives and draft regulations
Expert knowledge of EVP laws, regulations, and policies
Expert oral and written communication skills to articulate findings
and recommendations to high-level officials
