For the past six years we have been named by NJ Biz as one of "New Jersey's Best 100 Places to Work".We are seeking a self-directed, dynamic, 'thinker & doer" to create the role of:MARKETINGDIRECTORCORE COMPETENCIES:Willreport directly to Principals of the company;Will be a"Head of the Table" Memberof Our Innovation andBusiness Development Teams;Develop Brand Engagement,Public Relations and Promotions Programs for both our 'DAMASCUS BAKERIES' and 'BROOKLYN BRED' brands;Assist in Creating/Maximimzing Online and Social Media presence;Assist in the development of Packaging, Merchandising, POS and Promotional Programs;Will be a Liason to both Retail and Food Service Salesteams;Assist on select Key Account Presentations as directed by SalesDevelop Customer Specific Promotions and ProgramsManage all logistical details around National and Local Food Trade Shows;Participate in various National and Local Food Shows4 year College Degree or equivalent experienceExperience in Consumer Packaged Goods, preferably FoodExcellent Written and Communications SkillsStrong Organizational and Project Management SkillsCulinary Skills a plusKnowlege of Nutrition a plusComputer proficiency in Miscrosoft Word, Excel and Power PointThis is a wonderful opportunity to learn many aspects regarding a successful, entrepreneurial business.All RESUMES with references should be emailed.
