Cengage. As a Senior Marketing Coordinator for our Faculty
Experience team, you'll be that go-to person to support marketing
strategies across the customer journey for the Marketing Directors
and Marketing Managers. + From helping develop marketing plans and
campaigns to seeing them through to completion, you'll don a
handful of hats. Your understanding of sales and marketing systems
will serve you well as you collaborate with customers, strategic
partners and sales teams. If organization, prioritization,

this way!enter responsibilities] Skills you will need here: + Act
as a community administrator and liaison for our All Access VIP
faculty program by curating and sourcing content, handling the
content calendar, designing and building activities, engaging with
customers, answering member questions, fulfilling reward requests,
monitoring budget and working with the marketing operations team on
platform issues and enhancements. + Oversee management of
in-platform message by prioritizing inputs from marketing managers
to ensure the best timing and customer experience. + Coordinate
plans to develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to
hit key business objectives by facilitating meetings, sharing
ideas, writing copy, advising design, tracking and analyzing
results and collaborating with cross-functional departments,
vendors and customers. + Lead all aspects of customer-facing
resources and collateral to support customer onboarding,
satisfaction and retention. + Assist sales teams to drive business
by crafting promotional resources, building/facilitating
presentations and providing training and product support + Maintain
our internal virtual sales playbooks with the latest information
and resources. + Support faculty training programs through
organization and setup of live and virtual product training,
creation and maintenance of training materials on website, and
promotion to sales team. + Orchestrate project and invoice tracking
to ensure projects stay on schedule and on budget. + Gather
customer feedback and market insights via targeted surveys, analyze
and use data. + Travel for team meetings, industry events and
customer meetings as needed (up to 10%). + - Provide support for
company-wide Engagement Summit through sales report generation,
sales tool creation and presenter and facilitator

Skills/Knowledge/Experience: + Bachelor's degree in Marketing,
Business, Sales, Communications or related field + 2 years of work
experience in a professional office environment + Outstanding
written and verbal communication skills + Strong organizational,
time-management, project-management and creative skills-with an
ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple projects
