PLM---s services include new trailer leasing, new trailer design and OEM ordering, short term leasing of existing trailers, flexible rental options, onsite maintenance, emergency breakdown service, GPS, and temperature management, and even lifecycle cost savings for its customers. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with our Marketing Manager to develop, grow, and expand our marketing channels to increase and engage the company---s customer base. In this role, the Marketing Coordinator will execute projects as guided by the Marketing Manager. This role will collaborate or complete all work within the following key program areas: Support the marketing efforts and sales team for PLM Fleet---s products and services Posting to and monitoring social media channels Tracking, measuring, analyzing, and improving SEO efforts and Google Analytics Trade show coordination and event planning Updating marketing collateral Assisting with presentations Internal marketing support Managing electronic mailings Updating website Writing and editing articles and press releases Microsoft D365 monitoring and maintenance for Sales and Marketing Responsible for the marketing efforts of all PLM Fleet---s products and services COMPETENCIES Customer Centricity --- Keep all output and internal processes highly focused on the commercialization of these offerings through creating unique and meaningful customer value. Lean Passion --- Utilizing a quality methodology on all steps of the new offerings and established tools to ensure process management and quality product delivery. Innovation --- Take an out of the box view of new offering to create solutions that move the industry forward and revolutionize it. Develop knowledge to educate leadership and cultivate an environment of change and value creation to differentiate PLM, capture market opportunity EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Experience with social media for business on platforms that include LinkedIn and Twitter Experience with full Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform Strong writing and proofreading skills Understanding of digital marketing EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor---s degree from an accredited 4-year College or university, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications is preferred. WORKING CONDITIONS Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Overnight travel to visit sales team, customers and business meetings required, and may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
