Global X ETFs is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will assist in providing oversight to advertising campaigns, facilitating compliance approvals, and ensuring quality control of primarily Spanish language marketing materials in Europe and Latin America.Primary Responsibilities* Coordinate communication between internal and external stakeholders involved in advertising campaigns including publishers, copywriters/designers, and compliance* Manage the translation of various forms of marketing collateral from English to Spanish* Proofread materials in both English and Spanish* Audit and review Spanish-speaking financial media to assess future advertising/sponsorship opportunities* Support the broader Marketing team with reporting, compliance documentation, and other responsibilities as assignedSecondary Responsibilities* Help maintain Spanish-language websites* Oversee Spanish-language social media activationsEducation and Experience* Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, economics or related field* 1-3 years of relevant professional experienceRequired Skills* Fluency in English and Spanish* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages* Process-oriented and highly effective project manager* Tireless attention to detail* Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel* Open-ended problem-solver, who can operate both independently and within a dynamic team environmentDesired Skills* Interest in financial markets* Passion for digital and social media* Prior experience with audio and video editing a plus
