A position with us is not just a job; we can lead you on the pet care career path of your dreams.We are currently hiring Part-Time Front Desk Receptionists at our Morristown & Montville locations that can work either 6:45 AM -11 AM or 3 PM - 8 PM. Candidates with related experience in customer service and/or as a front desk receptionists can start at $15 per hour.Front Desk Receptionist ResponsibilitiesGreeting our clients in a warm & friendly mannerCompleting files, booking reservations, and checking our pet guests in and outPromoting our unique menu of services & assisting clients in finding the perfect services for their pets.Answering clients' questions and providing pet updates over phone, email, and text.QualificationsExperience with data entry and comfortability in learning new database softwareHigh attention to detailAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Availability to work shifts between the hours of 6:45 AM - 11 AM and 3 PM - 8 PM. An appreciation for the fact that pet care is a 365-day business so availability to work on weekends and over holiday periods is required.Similar experience as a front desk receptionist is preferred & pet care industry experience is always welcome (but not required).Morris Animal Inn believes that our success lies in our outstanding staff!
