Are you comfortable talking to people? Are you an assertive
self-starter who is excellent at planning and organizing? We're
hiring a Front Office Manager to provide administrative and
operational support to the team. Someone who will lead and help us
achieve our organizational goals. Your role is key to ensuring
clients have a positive experience, that the appointment schedule
is full, and that everything is neatly organized and up-to-date.

Responsibilities:
--- Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the
front desk and communicate any important information or
directions
--- Develop relationships with clients
--- Be assertive with clients to make sure the schedule stays
filled
--- Ensure that cancellations are low
--- Communicate with the team so everyone is up to date with what
is happening with clients
--- Make sure all payments are collected and documented
--- Solve problems that come up during the day
Qualifications:
Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting
stressful situations
Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills,
organizational skills, and time management skills
1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant,
guest service specialist, or similar position preferred
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
