Job Description:
Job Description The position requires thorough knowledge of
relevant rules and regulations. Must have the ability to multi-task
and be able to meet deadlines. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND
RESPONSIBILITIES: -- Organizing assigned work and developing work
methods. -- Conducts interviews with tenants via
in-person/phone/email or mail to gather necessary documentation. --
Processes verifications and completes rent calculations. --
Prepares HUD certification forms, leases and other documents
required for tenancy. -- Does other related duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS: -- Candidate must have the ability to read, write
and understand English sufficiently to perform the duties of this
position. Bilingual English/Spanish highly desirable. -- One year
of experience in interviewing work or two years of experience in
clerical work in the field of real estate, housing or urban
renewal. Considerable knowledge of the rules and regulations
concerning the eligibility of applicants. -- Must possess the
ability to meet and work with people in a positive and professional
manner. -- Good record keeping and math skills. Company Description
