Title: Reception / Office assistant

Pay Rate: $17.66

Duration: 6 Months, can be extended

Remote: NO, this job will be on-site in the Newark office, Washington street building.

Hours: 8am to 5pm

Description: The team is moving into this open space "collaboration space" Concierge of this space. Speaking to customers and welcoming guests, trouble shooting, basic office tasks, and technology is trainable. Front desk meets office manager.

  • Answer questions about Return to Work (Work Spaces, Collaboration spaces).?
  • Assist with basic laptop troubleshooting.
  • Will be trained to operate AV carts, Crestron and VTC.
  • Basic copier troubleshooting and replenishing copier supplies.
  • Tracking data (recording questions asked, daily occupancy %, space needs/requests)
  • Act as Collaboration Space Warden for emergencies? (provide proper evacuation route and muster point.
  • Data entry
    Successful profile? Someone with CS experience, multi-tasking, not micromanage and can work independently.
