Job Description:
This well-recognized law firm is actively seeking a Finance Associate to join their team. The chosen candidate will have significant law firm experience in structured finance and securitization transactions. Responsibilities will include acting as lead associate in securitization transactions, drafting offering and transaction documents, and experience drafting complex lending documents, such as structured warehouse lending and repurchase agreements and managing multiple transactions at once. The individual in this role will gain experience in a wide range of transactions, including esoteric and non-traditional securitizations and complex issuances. Excellent academic credentials as well as strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required. Exceptional time management and organization skills are also required.
