Job Description:
About the Opportunity: Our client is seeking a detail-oriented
Senior Accountant to join their growing team. This role is ideal
for a self-starter with strong analytical skills who thrives in a
fast-paced environment. The Senior Accountant will play a key role
in maintaining the integrity of financial reporting, supporting
audits, and mentoring junior staff. Key Responsibilities: Prepare
and review monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and
financial statements Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly,
and year-end close processes Analyze financial results and
variances, providing insights and recommendations Assist with
budgeting and forecasting Support external audits, ensuring all
documentation is accurate and complete Maintain compliance with
GAAP and internal accounting policies Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting
Mentor junior accounting staff and support professional development
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or
related field Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities ZRCFS
