Job Description:The Sr. Analyst role is responsible for assisting clients with hardware/software issues and contributing in local project work.Candidates should show strong technical knowledge, time management skills and be a strong communicator (both written and verbal).Daily responsibilities include:--- Working incident tickets/work orders and resolving within agreed upon SLA's both remotely and in person--- Updating incident tickets/work orders in ITSM Remedy system of record--- Taking lead role on project initiatives--- Collaborate with peers across the world and share knowledge--- Maintain desktops and laptops in the environment--- Contribute and share information on team staff meetings or technical forums--- Swap out and replace outdated existing hardware with new standard equipment--- Create technical documentation--- Find ways to innovate or improve existing processes for operational excellenceRequired Job Skills:--- Excellent knowledge using and troubleshooting Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite, IE, Chrome, GPO, printer, core applications & networks--- Experience supporting banking environment preferred; however, not required--- Excellent written and verbal communication skills--- Able to communicate technical information to non-technical audience--- Must have strong customer service/people skills--- Able to manage multiple issues simultaneously--- Ability to manage and work projects--- Operates well in a fast paced environment--- Solid hardware and software troubleshooting/resolution skills--- Ability to work well independently or in a team environment--- Ability to support remote users in a WFH environment--- Experience with Remedy, Maximo or other ticketing systems preferred--- Minimum 3-5 years Desktop Support Experience--- Must be flexible with working hours between 7am-6pm (local time) andoccasional weekend/holiday work--- Ability to learn quickly and independently.Desired Skills--- Strong communication skills --- Strong customer service skills --- Ability to multi-task --- Work independently and within a team --- Knowledge of mobility products (Android/iPhone) is a plus --- PowerShell knowledge is a plus --- Drive and desire to continue learning using Bank training tools."Shift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:40
