Job Description:
Aon is looking for a Senior Actuarial Analyst with our
Reinsurance Solutions Group As part of an industry-leading team,
you will help empower results for our clients by delivering
innovative and effective solutions as part of our Aon Reinsurance
Solutions business group. The position can be based near our
Philadelphia, PA or Morristown, or NJ office. Work Style: Hybrid -
in office as needed or working from home. Your Impact as a Senior
Actuarial Analyst Primary role is to support clients as requested
by supervisor or brokers, across virtually any client project or
internal research assignment with a focus on P&C risk modeling.
You will become familiar with Aon's tools and approach, contribute
to their development, and present Aon's solutions and services to
our clients. In addition to completing standard actuarial analyses,
the role will also be responsible for building, validating, and
consulting on group-level Enterprise Risk Modeling. Secondary role
is to perform market research and industry studies. This role
provides an opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary team on the
forefront of insurance analytics. Aon is incorporating full

first. Duties and responsibilities Understand reinsurance contracts
and products (terminology, terms, and conditions) Analyze the costs
and benefits of risk transferred under reinsurance agreements
Prepare client-ready presentations to communicate analysis results
to brokers and clients Write and review R code to automate
actuarial analyses Design, develop and validate Enterprise Risk
models (underwriting, reserving, credit, market) Develop tailored
analyses, visualizations, and dashboards to explain analytics to
actuaries, account specialists, and clients Work with colleagues
(team members, brokers, account specialists and others) to identify
and respond to issues and develop additional opportunities related
to products and services Take ownership and responsibility for
quality, accuracy, and timely completion of analysis Take
initiative on internal projects to improve processes, products, or
services Required skills and qualifications Proven experience in a
Property and Casualty actuarial role 3 to 5 Actuarial Exams passed,
or an advanced degree in a related field Proficiency in a
programming language, e.g. R / Python / C / Java Ability to work
independently and in team environment Ability to identify and
resolve problems, think creatively, strategically, and analytically
Strong ability to understand and perform mathematical and
statistical calculations Multifaceted Financial Analysis or
Economic Capital Modeling experience a plus Minimum education
Degree required in the field of Actuarial Science, Math, Computer
